Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By requesting, authorizing, purchasing, accessing, reviewing, receiving, or using any travel planning, itinerary, reservation, invoice, travel document, booking confirmation, consultation, or related service provided by Travel Savvy Agency (“Agency”), the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, reviewed, and accepted these General Terms & Conditions.

Delivery of booking confirmations, itineraries, invoices, travel documents, or related communications to the email address provided by the Client shall constitute valid delivery, notice, acknowledgment, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, regardless of whether such communications are opened, accessed, or responded to.

No signature, written acknowledgment, or affirmative reply is required for these Terms &Conditions to become binding.

Submission or authorization of any form of payment, including but not limited to a credit card, debit card, bank transfer, financing authorization, digital wallet, payment link, or electronic invoice payment, constitutes the Client’s authorization to purchase the requested travel services and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Electronic records maintained by the Agency, including booking requests, invoices, payment authorizations, emails, text messages, electronic signatures, payment confirmations, and other communications, shall constitute evidence of the Client’s authorization and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Travel Savvy provides professional travel planning, consultation, itinerary design, reservation services, booking management, destination recommendations, and travel coordination.

The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between the Client and independent travel suppliers. The Agency does not own, manage, operate, or control airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, activity providers, insurance companies, rail operators, or other travel suppliers.

3. Independent Travel Suppliers

Travel services are provided by independent suppliers that maintain their own Terms & Conditions, operating policies, cancellation rules, and contractual obligations.

These suppliers may include, but are not limited to:

  • Airlines

  • Hotels and resorts

  • Cruise lines

  • Tour operators

  • Transportation providers

  • Rail operators

  • Car rental companies

  • Activity and excursion providers

  • Destination management companies

  • Insurance providers

The Client agrees to comply with all applicable supplier terms, conditions, policies, and procedures.

The Agency is not responsible for any act, omission, delay, cancellation, schedule change, bankruptcy, insolvency, negligence, or failure of any supplier.

4. Quotes, Pricing & Availability

All quotes are provided based upon pricing and availability at the time of quotation.

Prices, availability, inventory, taxes, exchange rates, fuel surcharges, supplier fees, and government-imposed charges are subject to change without notice until confirmed by the applicable supplier and, where applicable, paid in full.

Quoted prices do not guarantee availability.

5. Deposits, Payments & Payment Authorization

Deposit requirements vary by supplier and travel product.

Final payment must be received by the deadlines established by the applicable supplier or the Agency.

Failure to make payments when due may result in automatic cancellation of reservations, supplier penalties, or forfeiture of deposits.

The Client authorizes the Agency to process approved payments for the agreed travel arrangements.

The Agency reserves the right to refuse service, suspend bookings, or cancel reservations involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, chargeback abuse, inaccurate billing information, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Agency planning fees, consultation fees, change fees, and other professional service fees, when applicable, are separate from supplier charges and may be non-refundable.

6. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

Cancellation, refund, exchange, and change policies are determined by the applicable travel supplier unless otherwise stated in writing.

Supplier penalties, cancellation fees, fare differences, hotel penalties, cruise penalties, and Agency service fees may apply.

Unused travel services, partially used reservations, missed departures, no-shows, early departures, late arrivals, unused hotel nights, unused transfers, unused tours, or voluntarily canceled services may not be eligible for refunds or travel credits.

The Agency cannot guarantee refunds, waivers, supplier exceptions, or travel credits unless expressly authorized by the applicable supplier.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for:

  • Reviewing all confirmations and travel documents immediately upon receipt

  • Verifying names, dates, destinations, and booked services

  • Providing accurate traveler information

  • Advising the Agency of any accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, medical considerations, or other special requirements

  • Maintaining valid contact information

  • Monitoring email communications

  • Arriving on time for all travel services

  • Complying with supplier requirements and local laws

  • Promptly notifying the Agency of any discrepancies or concerns

Failure to review travel documents does not relieve the Client of these responsibilities.

8. Special Requests

Requests such as adjoining or connecting rooms, bedding preferences, accessible accommodations, dietary accommodations, early check-in, late check-out, room locations, celebrations, upgrades, or seating preferences are considered requests only.

Unless specifically confirmed in writing by the supplier, no special request is guaranteed.

9. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

The Client is solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and carrying all required travel documentation, including passports, visas, transit visas, vaccination records, residency permits, travel authorizations, and any documentation required by government authorities or suppliers.

Travel requirements may change without notice and vary based on citizenship, residency, itinerary, and destination.

Any guidance provided by the Agency regarding travel documentation or entry requirements is provided solely as a courtesy and should not be relied upon as legal or immigration advice.

Final authority regarding boarding, entry, transit, customs, immigration, and security rests solely with the applicable government authorities and travel suppliers.

10. Flights

All airline reservations arranged by the Agency are additionally governed by the Travel Savvy Flight Booking Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated into these General Terms by reference.

Those terms govern, among other things:

  • Airline ticketing

  • Schedule changes

  • Seat assignments

  • Baggage policies

  • Fare restrictions

  • Ticket cancellations

  • Airline credits

  • Passenger responsibilities

In the event of any conflict between these General Terms and the Flight Booking Terms, the Flight Booking Terms shall govern the flight portion of the reservation.

11. Hotels, Resorts & Vacation Rentals

Hotel, resort, and vacation rental policies are established solely by the property.

Additional charges may apply for resort fees, parking, security deposits, incidentals, damages, early departures, late cancellations, no-shows, or other property-specific fees.

The Agency is not responsible for hotel policies, room assignments, maintenance issues, amenities, construction, noise, overbooking, or property conditions.

12. Cruises, Tours & Activities

Cruise lines, tour operators, and activity providers maintain their own passenger contracts, participation requirements, cancellation policies, and operating procedures.

Participation may be subject to weather conditions, minimum participation requirements, safety regulations, operational decisions, or supplier discretion.

The Agency is not responsible for modifications, cancellations, delays, or operational decisions made by these suppliers.

13. Travel Insurance

Travel Savvy strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for every trip.

Coverage should include, where applicable, trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage protection, supplier default, and travel delays.

The Agency is not an insurance provider and does not guarantee insurance coverage.

Failure to purchase travel insurance is solely at the Client’s risk.

14. Travel Advisories & Health Requirements

The Client is responsible for reviewing current travel advisories, health advisories, vaccination recommendations, entry requirements, security notices, and destination-specific regulations issued by the appropriate government authorities before departure.

15. Force Majeure

The Agency shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, epidemics, government actions, travel restrictions, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, supplier insolvency, or other extraordinary events.

Any refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements remain subject to supplier policies.

16. Electronic Communications

The Client agrees to receive confirmations, invoices, itineraries, travel documents, notices, and other communications electronically.

Delivery to the email address provided by the Client constitutes valid notice.

17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for travel services that were properly authorized, booked, or provided.

If a billing concern arises, the Client agrees to contact the Agency first to allow an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Nothing in this section limits any rights the Client may have under applicable law regarding payment disputes.

18. Bookings Made on Behalf of Others

Any individual making reservations for additional travelers represents and warrants that they are authorized to act on behalf of all travelers included in the reservation.

The booking party accepts these Terms & Conditions on behalf of every traveler and is responsible for communicating all booking details, supplier requirements, and travel documents.

19. Limitation of Liability

The Agency acts solely as an intermediary for independent travel suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency shall not be liable for any act, omission, negligence, delay, cancellation, schedule change, overbooking, supplier insolvency, mechanical failure, government action, personal injury, illness, death, property damage, baggage loss, travel interruption, loss of enjoyment, emotional distress, incidental damages, consequential damages, indirect damages, or financial losses arising from services provided by independent travel suppliers or circumstances beyond the Agency’s reasonable control.

Any liability of the Agency shall be limited to the amount of professional service fees or commissions actually retained by the Agency for the affected booking, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Privacy

The Agency collects and shares personal information only as necessary to arrange travel services, process payments, comply with supplier requirements, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Please refer to the Agency’s Privacy Policy for additional information.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable supplier terms, booking confirmations, invoices, itineraries, and any service-specific Terms & Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Agency.

22. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or services provided by the Agency shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

23. Severability & Amendments

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The Agency reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking shall govern the applicable reservation.
