Flight Booking Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, authorizing, purchasing, accessing, reviewing, receiving, or using any travel services, itinerary, reservation, invoice, airline ticket, travel document, booking confirmation, or related communication provided by Travel Savvy (“Agency”), the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, reviewed, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
Delivery of booking confirmations, itineraries, invoices, tickets, travel documents, or related communications to the email address provided by the Client shall constitute valid delivery, notice, acknowledgment, review, and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, regardless of whether such communications are opened, accessed, or responded to.
No signature, written acknowledgment, or affirmative reply is required for these Terms & Conditions to become fully binding and enforceable.
Submission or authorization of any form of payment, including but not limited to a credit card, debit card, bank transfer, financing authorization, digital wallet, payment link, or electronic invoice payment, for the purpose of reserving, holding, purchasing, or issuing travel services, shall constitute the Client’s express acknowledgment and acceptance of:
The requested itinerary and passenger details
Applicable pricing, taxes, and fees
Airline fare rules and restrictions
These Terms & Conditions in their entirety
Such authorization shall be deemed binding regardless of whether the authorization is provided verbally, electronically, digitally, in writing, through a third-party payment platform, or by the booking party on behalf of other travelers.
The Client is solely responsible for promptly reviewing all travel documents and notifying the Agency immediately of any errors, discrepancies, or concerns.
1. Booking Confirmation & Accuracy
Upon ticket issuance, the Client is responsible for promptly reviewing and verifying all booking details, including:
Passenger names exactly as shown on government-issued identification or passports
Flight dates and times
Airports, routing, and destinations
Class of service and fare details
Any errors, discrepancies, or concerns must be reported to the Agency immediately and no later than 24 hours from the time the booking is ticketed.
The Agency is not responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, ticket loss, additional airline charges, or any costs or consequences resulting from inaccuracies, omissions, or discrepancies that are not reported within the required review period.
2. 24-Hour Review & Cancellation Period
Clients have 24 hours from the time the booking is ticketed to request a review, correction, or cancellation.
Requests submitted within this review period may qualify for a full or partial refund, correction, void, or cancellation, subject to applicable airline fare rules, supplier policies, ticket status, and issuance deadlines.
After the 24-hour review period expires, all changes, cancellations, credits, refunds, and modifications shall be governed exclusively by the applicable airline’s fare rules, restrictions, and policies.
The Agency has no authority to waive or override airline-imposed penalties, fare differences, ticket restrictions, expiration rules, change fees, cancellation fees, or non-refundable conditions after the review period has expired.
3. Fares, Ticketing & Payment
Airfare, pricing, availability, and seat inventory are not guaranteed until full payment has been received, processed, approved, and the ticket has been fully issued by the airline.
Quoted fares and availability are subject to change without notice prior to ticket issuance and may increase due to airline inventory changes, fare expiration, taxes, currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or carrier-imposed fees.
Submission or authorization of payment information by the Client constitutes authorization for the Agency to process payment for the agreed travel services and requested itinerary.
All prices are quoted in the applicable currency and include airfare, applicable taxes, and carrier-imposed fees unless otherwise stated. Additional airline fees may apply for baggage, seat selection, itinerary changes, upgrades, priority services, or other optional services.
The Agency is not responsible for fare increases, pricing changes, ticketing delays, inventory changes, payment authorization failures, bank declines, processing interruptions, or additional costs resulting from delayed payment or incomplete traveler information provided by the Client.
Once tickets have been issued, all voluntary changes requested by the Client, including date changes, routing changes, name corrections, upgrades, or cancellations, may result in additional airline-imposed fees, fare differences, penalties, or restrictions.
The Agency reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse ticket issuance for bookings involving suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, chargeback abuse, inaccurate billing information, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Non-Refundable & Restricted Fares
Many airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable, and subject to significant airline-imposed restrictions and penalties.
Unless a fully refundable fare was specifically requested by the Client and confirmed in writing by the Agency, all bookings should be considered non-refundable and subject to the applicable airline’s fare rules, restrictions, and conditions.
Depending on the fare purchased and the airline’s policies:
Cancellations may result in partial or complete forfeiture of ticket value
Future airline credits or vouchers may be subject to expiration dates, usage restrictions, reissue limitations, and additional airline fees
Voluntary itinerary changes may result in fare differences, airline penalties, carrier fees, and Agency service fees
Certain promotional, Basic Economy, consolidator, or restricted fares may not permit changes, cancellations, seat selection, upgrades, or advance seat assignments
Name changes, name corrections, date-of-birth corrections, or ticket transfers may not be permitted after ticket issuance
Unused tickets, partially used tickets, missed flights, failure to travel, denied boarding, “no-show” reservations, or failure to cancel prior to departure may result in complete loss of ticket value and associated airline credits.
The Agency does not control airline fare rules and cannot guarantee refunds, waivers, exceptions, travel credits, or penalty reductions unless expressly authorized by the airline.
The Agency is not liable for denied boarding, ticket loss, unused ticket value, airline restrictions, or additional costs resulting from passenger information errors, fare restrictions, or discrepancies not reported within the required review period.
5. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
Clients are solely responsible for obtaining, carrying, and maintaining all required travel documentation and meeting all entry, exit, transit, health, identification, and immigration requirements applicable to their itinerary.
Required documentation may include, but is not limited to:
Valid passports
Visas and transit visas
Residency permits
Vaccination certificates or health documentation
Return or onward travel documentation
Parental consent documentation for minors
Government-issued identification
Entry forms, declarations, or authorizations such as ESTA, eTA, or similar travel approvals
Many countries and airlines require passports to remain valid for a minimum period beyond the travel dates, commonly six (6) months. Clients are responsible for verifying all passport validity requirements directly with the applicable government authorities, embassies, consulates, and airlines prior to travel.
The name, date of birth, gender, and other passenger information provided for the booking must exactly match the government-issued identification and travel documents presented at check-in and during travel.
Any information, guidance, or assistance provided by the Agency regarding travel documentation or entry requirements is provided as a courtesy only and should not be relied upon as legal or immigration advice. Requirements may change without notice and may vary based on citizenship, residency, transit points, destination, travel history, or other factors.
Final authority regarding entry, boarding, transit, security screening, customs clearance, and immigration admission rests solely with the applicable government authorities, airports, and airlines.
The Agency is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, deportation, missed flights, missed connections, delays, detention, quarantine requirements, confiscation of documents, fines, penalties, or additional expenses resulting from incomplete, invalid, expired, inaccurate, or insufficient travel documentation or failure to comply with applicable travel requirements.
6. Baggage & Seat Assignments
Baggage allowances, carry-on policies, checked baggage rules, baggage fees, weight limits, size restrictions, and related policies are determined solely by the operating airline and may vary based on route, destination, aircraft, fare class, loyalty status, and airline policy.
Any baggage or seating information provided by the Agency is offered strictly as a courtesy and may not reflect the airline’s most current policies, restrictions, fees, or operational changes. Clients are solely responsible for verifying baggage allowances, carry-on restrictions, baggage fees, seat assignments, seating policies, and any related airline charges directly with the operating airline prior to travel.
The Agency is not responsible for baggage fees, excess baggage charges, overweight or oversized baggage fees, denied baggage acceptance, delayed baggage, lost baggage, damaged baggage, or changes to airline baggage policies or allowances.
Seat assignments are controlled exclusively by the operating airline and are subject to availability, fare restrictions, operational requirements, aircraft substitutions, schedule changes, and airline-imposed fees.
While the Agency may assist with seat requests or preferences as a courtesy, specific seat assignments, seat locations, upgrades, extra-legroom seating, premium seating, adjacent seating, bassinets, exit-row seating, or family/group seating cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed and maintained by the airline.
Even when seats are assigned or purchased in advance, airlines reserve the right to modify, remove, or reassign seats at any time for operational, safety, or scheduling reasons.
The Agency is not responsible for:
Airline seat reassignments or aircraft changes
Separation of passengers traveling together
Loss of previously assigned or purchased seats
Additional seat selection fees charged by the airline
Restrictions associated with Basic Economy or similar fare classes
Last-minute operational seating changes made by the airline
Clients are encouraged to reconfirm seat assignments, baggage allowances, and airline policies directly with the airline within 72 hours of departure.
7. Schedule Changes & Airline Operations
Airlines reserve the right to modify or cancel schedules, flight numbers, aircraft types, seat assignments, departure or arrival times, airports, terminals, routing, operating carriers, or onboard services at any time and without prior notice.
The Agency will make reasonable efforts to notify Clients of known schedule changes or airline notifications received by the Agency; however, the Client remains solely responsible for monitoring their reservation and confirming all flight details directly with the airline prior to departure.
Clients are strongly encouraged to:
Reconfirm flights directly with the airline within 72 hours of departure
Monitor airline notifications, emails, and mobile app alerts
Verify departure terminals, check-in requirements, and boarding times directly with the airline
Arrive at the airport within the airline’s recommended check-in timeframes
The Agency is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, denied boarding, missed connections, operational disruptions, or any resulting losses, damages, delays, or additional expenses incurred by the Client, including but not limited to hotels, meals, transportation, lost wages, or alternative travel arrangements.
Any compensation, refunds, accommodations, reimbursements, or rebooking options resulting from airline disruptions are subject solely to the policies and discretion of the operating airline. The Agency does not control and cannot guarantee airline resolutions, waivers, compensation, or reimbursement decisions.
8. Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.
Coverage should include trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, baggage loss, and travel delays.
The Agency is not responsible for losses or expenses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
9. Force Majeure
The Agency shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, losses, or failure to perform resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Severe weather
Pandemics or epidemics
Government actions or travel restrictions
War or civil unrest
Terrorism
Labor strikes
Airline operational disruptions
In such cases, refunds, credits, or rebooking options remain subject to airline and supplier policies.
10. Bookings Made on Behalf of Others
Any person making a booking on behalf of other travelers represents and warrants that they have authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all passengers listed in the reservation.
The booking party is responsible for:
Providing accurate passenger information
Communicating all booking details and updates
Ensuring all travelers review and accept these Terms & Conditions
The Agency may rely on instructions and authorizations provided by the booking party for all travelers in the reservation.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Agency acts solely as an intermediary between Clients and travel suppliers, including airlines.
The Agency is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, overbooking, personal injury, property damage, lost baggage, supplier bankruptcy, or any other actions or failures of third-party travel providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Agency’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to the Agency for the affected booking.
12. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the booking confirmation and itinerary, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and the Agency and supersede all prior verbal or written communications.
No verbal statement or representation by any employee, contractor, or representative shall modify these Terms unless confirmed in writing by the Agency.
13. Severability & Amendments
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The Agency reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking shall apply to that reservation.
14. Contact Information
For booking assistance, corrections, cancellations, or urgent travel matters, Clients should contact the Agency using the contact information provided in their booking confirmation, or directly at +1 424-699-1333.
