Hilary Bendon’s love of travel began early, road-tripping across the U.S. with her family and later spending a year living and studying in Italy. That experience sparked a lifelong passion for exploring new places and cultures. Fluent in Italian and Spanish, Hilary has traveled through Europe, Central and South America, Asia, and Africa, relishing every adventure along the way.

Hilary takes a personalized approach to every trip she plans. Whether it’s a group getaway, a family vacation, or a solo escape, she focuses on crafting journeys full of memorable moments, meaningful connections, and a true sense of place.

Hilary specializes in travel for women’s groups, families, and solo travelers, creating everything from high-energy cultural immersions to restorative retreats and self-reflective adventures. For Hilary, travel is about expanding your understanding of the world and finding your own rhythm, whether that’s a mellow pace, a full-throttle itinerary, or simply time to recharge.

Before becoming a travel advisor, Hilary built a career as a Consultant and Chief of Staff, where she designed and led company offsites, team-building programs, and executive retreats. With a deep understanding of how strategy, connection, and fun intersect, she brings that same balance of purpose and play to every corporate trip she plans.

Drawing also on her background in mediation, Hilary is a skilled listener and negotiator who goes above and beyond to ensure every detail meets her clients’ needs. No matter the destination, her goal is always the same, outstanding service and unforgettable experiences.
